Talk Now! is designed for anyone who want to learn a language quickly. If you don’t have the time to become fluent, but need the basics in a hurry, Talk Now! is for you. Suitable for children aged 8+ and adult beginners, this CD-ROM teaches around 500 words and phrases which are organised neatly into the following categories:

Features include:

Quizzes and memory games at different levels.
A record/playback facility which enables you to practise your pronunciation and compare it to that of a native speaker.
A printable picture dictionary.
Your progress and points are saved each time you use the program, so that the computer "remembers" words and phrases that you get wrong and targets your weak points.
Automatic "localisation": You choose the language that you wish to learn from. You can choose to learn the target language using a range of different languages as your starting point - over 100 available.

When you have progressed successfully through the Talk Now! activities you are ready to move on to Talk More and World Talk.

Educational prices:

Prices are calculated according to the number of concurrent users, i.e. the number of computers that will run the program at any one time:

1-5 user licence: £40.00 - plus the LanguageLab network CD-ROM @ £40.00 = £80.00
6-10 user licence: £70.00 - plus the LanguageLab network CD-ROM @ £70.00 = £140.00
11-19 user licence: £95.00 - plus the LanguageLab network CD-ROM @ £95.00 = £190.00
20-100 user licence: £110.00 - plus the LanguageLab network CD-ROM @ £110.00 = £220.00

You pay a once-only charge for the LanguageLab network CD-ROM and then pay for each language CD-ROM according to the number of computers that will run the program at any one time. For example, if you have already paid £220.00 for a 20-100 user licence for a version of the program in one language, then each subsequent version that you buy in other languages will cost you £110.00 per language.

No charge is made for postage and packing within the UK.
